Clear plans, from payment to cancellation.

Seller and scope

The seller is the Skyclouds association, SIRET 999 213 101 00010, with registered office at 11 rue Desperouse, 63200 Mozac, France. These terms of sale apply to paid ACLIDE plans purchased on aclide.com.

The customer declares that they have capacity to enter into a contract. Professional plans may be subject to specific written terms.

Plans and prices

The features, models, credits, API key limits, support level and prices are those shown on the Pricing page and in the order summary. Prices are stated in euros.

The annual plan covers twelve months paid in a single payment with the displayed discount. A price change does not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.

Order

Before payment, the customer selects the plan and billing frequency, checks the price, then explicitly accepts the terms of sale and renewal. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment and ACLIDE activates the plan.

Skyclouds may refuse an inconsistent or fraudulent order, or one linked to a suspended account. The free plan is not charged.

Payment and billing

Stripe processes the payment and stores the card data required for that operation. ACLIDE does not store the full card number. Technical proof of acceptance and transaction identifiers are retained with the account.

If payment fails, paid access may be limited after the recovery attempts managed by Stripe. Billing documents are available through the Stripe portal.

Renewal and credits

The subscription renews automatically for each monthly or annual period until cancelled. Credits included with the plan renew monthly and are simultaneously subject to five-hour, seven-day and monthly limits.

Included credits expire at the end of the monthly cycle. Credits purchased separately at the displayed rate remain available until used or the account is closed. They cannot be transferred or converted into money. A refund removes the corresponding credits; a balance already used must be settled before new requests.

Cancellation

The customer can cancel online from Dashboard, Billing, then ‘Manage in Stripe’. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access and credits remain available until that date, unless a justified suspension applies.

After cancellation, the account returns to the free plan under the limits then in force. Deleting the account is not a substitute for cancelling the subscription.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer generally has fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. They may write to [email protected] or use the withdrawal form.

Where the customer requests performance of the service before that period ends, the amount corresponding to the service actually supplied up to the request may remain payable under the conditions provided by law. Any applicable waiver must be obtained expressly; it is not inferred from mere browsing.

Support and complaints

Priority level depends on the plan. A complaint may be opened from the dashboard or sent to [email protected]. Skyclouds will first seek an amicable solution.

Warranties and liability

Mandatory statutory warranties remain applicable. The quality of an AI response depends on the context and provider: no output is guaranteed to be accurate, secure or suitable for a particular use.

The customer keeps their backups and checks code before execution or deployment. Skyclouds’ liability cannot be excluded where prohibited by law.

Governing law

The contract is governed by French law. For a consumer living in another country, the mandatory protections of their country of residence remain applicable where so provided.
