Purpose and acceptance
ACLIDE is a project of the Skyclouds association. The service brings together a development application, an account area, a gateway to artificial intelligence models and an API.
Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Purchasing a plan also requires explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Account and access
You must provide a valid email address, protect your credentials and promptly report any unauthorised access. An account is personal unless a plan explicitly provides for member management.
ACLIDE may refuse disposable addresses, verify the email domain and limit repeated account creation in order to protect the free plan.
How the service works
The application can read and edit files, run commands, use Git, open a terminal and request actions from an AI agent. Sensitive operations remain subject to the confirmations provided in the application.
Available models, their limits and accessible tools depend on the plan and active catalogue. Generated output must be reviewed and tested before being used in production.
Credits, API and limits
Calls from the application and API keys consume the same quota. Credits included with a plan are simultaneously subject to five-hour, seven-day and monthly limits. Credits are an internal unit for measuring usage: they are not money, store credit or a means of payment.
Unused plan credits expire at the end of the monthly cycle. Credits purchased separately remain available until used or the account is closed, and cannot be transferred or converted into money. A refund removes the corresponding credits and may suspend requests if they have already been used.
Prohibited uses
You must not circumvent quotas, multiply accounts, probe the service abusively, compromise a third party, distribute malware or process unlawful content. You must hold the necessary rights to the files and data submitted.
Activity that creates a risk for the service, its users or its providers may be limited or suspended. Suspension does not authorise an administrator to inspect local content on your computer.
Availability and changes
Skyclouds maintains the service with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, a provider outage or a model change may temporarily alter the available features.
Material changes to these terms are published with a new version date. If a change substantially reduces your rights, appropriate notice is provided before it takes effect.
Liability
You remain responsible for approved commands, deployed code, project backups and verification of generated responses. ACLIDE is not a substitute for a security, legal or business review.
To the extent permitted by law, Skyclouds is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, a secret exposed by the user or a decision made without checking the agent’s output.
Account termination and governing law
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. A subscription must be cancelled through the billing portal before deletion to prevent renewal.
French law applies. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain applicable.
