Procedure
- Sign in to your Billing area.
- Select ‘Manage in Stripe’.
- Choose the ACLIDE subscription, then confirm cancellation.
- Check in the dashboard that the end of the period has been scheduled.
Effective date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly or annual period already paid for. Until that date, the plan and its credits remain available within the contract limits.
After that date, the account returns to the available free plan. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account or its tickets.
If you have difficulty
If the Stripe portal is unavailable, open a ticket from the dashboard or write to [email protected] from the account email address. State the plan concerned without providing any bank details.
